Building a Bigger Church
The church at St. Charles Lwanga Parish in Ibanda, Uganda, established in 2004, modestly holds 250 people, and is growing. Now, over 1,000 baptisms are done annually, and the ever-expanding crowds attending Sunday Mass have to sit or stand outside the building, hoping they can hear God’s message clearly. Those hoping to receive direction, comfort, and healing faithfully attend- even in such circumstances.
Fr. Joseph needs to build a larger, more suitable Church. The parishioners are working toward raising around half of the necessary funds, but they need your help.
Any amount gifted to the new Church fund of the St. Charles Lwanga Parish will be used solely for the new and larger Church building, making more effective ministering a reality.
